Storage and connections

Wiggle's main application database is hosted in the UK. Production backups are encrypted before being sent to separate storage in Paris, France. Connections to our service are encrypted. The application database is stored on an encrypted volume, and supplier credentials receive additional encryption before storage. If you choose a password, we store a secure password hash.

Access

Account and household permissions restrict access to household information. Administrative access is restricted. Routine application logs are designed to exclude energy readings, supplier credentials and support-message contents. Our servers process energy information to provide the service.

Your controls

You can disconnect Octopus to stop future collection and remove the stored connection credential. Wiggle does not control devices connected through Octopus. You can manage notifications and start account deletion in Settings.

The App Privacy Notice explains the information collected, the service providers involved and retention. For a security concern, contact nick@nrbtech.io. Do not include passwords or supplier API keys in your message.
